Welcome to our SUPERSWEET Shop's terms and conditions! We know it’s hard to let the money leave your pocket, so we’re doing our best to make your purchasing experience as positive as can be!

The following shop rules are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on SUPERSWEET Shop. This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference.

 
GENERAL PURCHASE POLICY

All prices on this website are in British Pounds Sterling and unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of Thailand VAT (reg. no. 0105556056799) and any other applicable taxes. The total price of the order is the price of the item(s) ordered plus the delivery charge.

 

PAYMENT

SUPERSWEET uses PayPal as our main external payment service. You can purchase using the following cards:

Visa | Delta | Electron | MasterCard | Eurocard | PayPal Top Up Card | Maestro | Solo | American Express

Your wisely spent pennies will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by SUPERSWEET. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment to SUPERSWEET, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Learn more about the Paypal checkout process and policies here.

 

ORDERING

All orders are subject to availability. We work like shoemaker's elves to ensure all items are in stock and available, but occasionally items may become out of stock or otherwise unavailable. We will notify you by e-mail if this situation arises.

Like god, we take all reasonable care (in our power to do so) to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

 

DELIVERY

We proudly deliver to 170 countries around the world offering different shipping options to meet your needs. For full details, please see our Delivery page.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We're sad if you're ever unhappy with your goods, so we'll refund any item you are not completely happy with, but only if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt (that's 14 days for countries outside Thailand) using recorded delivery. Please email us first for Returns details.

Returns received outside these time frames are accepted at the discretion of SUPERSWEET and can only be refunded as ‘store credit’.

Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Alternatively, you can request a SUPERSWEET store credit that will be valid for 12 months that can be used against future purchase at SUPERSWEET.

SUPERSWEET will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, become dirty and smelly, or with tags removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or e-mail) on the same day if they wish to return.

Exchanges are possible if the item is available. We can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
